With a pre-check, we check whether real estate is registered in the name of the person concerned in the country under investigation. We agree on the costs with you in advance. A pre-check does not automatically lead to a follow-up assignment: for a full in-depth investigation you first receive a written quotation.
What happens after your request
Confirmation
You receive a confirmation by e-mail straight away.
Intake, usually within two working days
We call you to go through the request and to assess what is possible in the country concerned.
Secure channel
After the intake, you receive access to a secure environment for submitting the case data.
Result usually within 1 to 2 weeks
After receipt of the data, you receive the written outcome of the pre-check, with our advice on the next step. A positive outcome does not in itself establish fraud; a negative outcome does not rule out every form of foreign property.
