Does your client have a claim against someone who may own real estate abroad? We map which properties are registered in the name of the person concerned, with the ownership share and, where relevant and possible, the value. Seizure and enforcement constitute a separate procedure through locally competent professionals.
Support in court proceedings
Is a case coming before the court? Our report can be submitted as evidence, with the findings, the substantiation and an explanation of the limitations. The judge assesses the evidential value. Where necessary, we provide explanations to the lawyers involved or the court and, on request, arrange a sworn translation of the source documents.
